Located on the second floor of the hotel, this 7500 square foot room boasts floor to ceiling windows facing the North Shore Mountains as well as floor to ceiling windows facing east. It can accommodate up to 500 people for a sit down dinner or 900 theatre style. The ballroom can be also divided into 3 separate sections depending on client needs. Electronic reader boards outside each door can be customized for any event.
Executive Boardroom
Located on the main floor of the hotel, this room can accommodate up to 14 people at the built in boardroom table. Use of this room includes the flatscreen mounted TV with access for presentations, web casts, or conference calls. No LCD projector or screens needed. Natural lighting, private washroom & storage room, personal concierge and dry bar are nice additions to this room.
Firenze / Venezia rooms
Located on the second floor of the hotel, this 1350 square foot room has floor to ceiling windows facing the North Shore Mountains. It can accommodate 80 people for a sit down dinner or 100 theatre style. The room can be also divided into 2 separate sections depending on client needs. Located on the third floor of the hotel, this 1018 square foot room has exclusive access to a private Terrace. Perfect for receptions or hospitality suites.
